This book has been on the New York Times best seller list for 28 weeks.  It is a popular book!  More importantly, it contains key insights for the Agent of Change about people and the way they work.  The two chapters on “context” were instrumental to the design of the Agent of Change course, but other chapters contain very interesting and important information as well.  As a story teller, Gladwell is highly skilled at reinforcing important principles through compelling, memorable stories that assure principles are not soon forgotten.
