Each of us has numerous circles of influence: workplace, center of faith, neighborhood, club or organization, school, condominium association, etc.  Each circle provides a natural arena for the work of the change agent seeking to create a more sustainable culture. 

This 6-hour interactive workshop will cover the following topics:

• Theories for cultural change; key role of the circle of influence.

• Mindset of the agent of change; clarifying your vision.

• Understanding your circle of influence; first steps to effect change.

• Implementing your plan.

• Inviting others; creating a core group.

• Maintaining momentum.

Presenters Jeanne and Dick Roy are co-founders of the Center for Earth Leadership, the Northwest Earth Institute, and the Oregon Natural Step Network.  Since 1993, they have worked together as full-time change agents in the Northwest sustainability movement.
